This is the 6th consecutive shifting that we are doing in 5 years (every year our four family members used to be part of the process but this year with only 2 of us we were very wary abt handling the responsibilty to the packers team and after much*dilassa *from the marketing manager we went ahead trusting him on his words and hoping that we would face less trouble than previous 5 times experience*) *and we had been changing the packers services every year due to some or the other drawback from the best brands of this industry to the cheapest
(loss of goods, breakage, poor handling, improper behavior, improper time management, heavy billing not corresponding to work, the responsible people going out of reach once goods leave for destination, drop down the goods all in the premises to releave the tempo/truck for next assignments, ask for unnecessary hidden charges, 6-7 ppl coming at a time and spoiling the packing, dont deliver at our time, abscond some of the very crucial items like the screws which are very specific like the dining table set ...not available commercially easily, two wheeler key, drive the cars/vehicles, and I can go on and on)
and during using their services we faced not a single issue without any hassles.Instead we are very happy and we recommend this team for anyone and everyone.. Their clients include major bollywood actors too who go for storage of their goods for months with their storage/gowdown..
