Order their service, if you want to get raped! Yes, they are totally unprofessional, very rude in their behaviour. At time of inquiry, they will be very polite, but after you pay them money they become very rude and irresponsible with your goods. They broke many of our household things and when asked for insurance copy they never gave! Their people, who will come to your house for packing your household goods, are literally thieves.
- THIEF. They stole our earphone, 2 memory cards, ext. hard disk. Our years old memories which were in hard disk and memory cards were STOLEN by MORONS! When we called their head he simply said that our people don’t steal things you are wrong in your saying.
- All of the pick up guys were North Indians(Bihari and UP), they stole our precious items. At the end of packing, they were asking for additional 300 rupees as a tip!
VERY LATE. They promised to deliver goods in 5 business days, but it took 20 business days to get delivered to Chennai from Mumbai!
RUDE. They talk very rude and very false in their promises. I was calling them daily saying when our goods will be delivered, as were staying in guest house which was costing us Rs. 1500 daily, with additional money on our lunch and dinner. But they give false promise saying it’s on the way, will be delivered within 2 days, you should have got it, it’s near Chennai, etc. But, frankly, we got after 20 business days, which were not at all expected and tolerated.
- CARELESS. Many of our items were broken when we got it. We asked Chennai guys they said call Mumbai and ask they did it, we are not responsible for this. I called them at Mumbai and they said you have insured your items, re-imburse them! In fact, I never got my insurance copy even after a month and I gave up.
It’s really pain in the axx if you choose their service. They will rape you, don’t ever ever choose them. I will rate them in negative if I could do so. They are a BIG ZERO(0) in their service, don’t ever opt for them.
