Dont Buy Propello Chimney they will not provide any serviceafter 2 years even paid service also and their spear parts are not avialble in market for replacement.

I have purchased one Propello Chimney(model Dezre) rs 20k INR dated 17/02/2018 from Gita Enterprise address
xxx, Sahid Hemanta Kumar Basu Sarani, (Jawpur Road) Kolkata 700074, ph 900746xxxx / 987470xxxx.
It was stop working from 24/July/2021, So I have register service call on Propello on 25/07/2021 via Docket no D210725000176.Service engg
contact no(842029xxxx) visited and informed that switch panel need to replace, but till today i.e 01/09/2021 no replacement done from Propello
and they informed this parts is not avaialble any more so please remove this chimney its not usable further and purchase new one with price around 25K.
They again involved Gita Enterprise owner Mr. Shankar(900746xxxx) to force us to purchase a new Chimney again and they have complete racket is working
in the area of Dumdum, Airport, Baguiati, Laketown, Kaikhali via their interrior decorator named Amit Dey(907383xxxx/ 900792xxxx).
This complete group is working in this zone to sell defective products and so long you will not get any service if its damage, even you
are ready to pay parts value also.
