Hello friends I know that most of us has used this product at least once in our lifetime but I don’t think it’s a value for money deal because you are getting only 32 grams of protein in 100gram also you are getting same amount of sugar in 100 gram.
So it is clear that the sugar content of this proteinX powder is very high mixability is not good, its sticks to the teeth and it is not mixable properly. Flavours are not too good especially chocolate flavour is very bad it has chocolate flavour Vanilla flavour and Kesar pista.
It comes in a Packaging of 400 grams which cost around rupees 500 and Packaging of 200 gram which cost 250 rupees so it’s not at a cost effective rather it’s a sugar effective product. You can’t use this product along with your banana shake or mango shake to increase the protein content because the amount of sugar will be very high.
