The product is worthless, if you want to build your muscle Go for the another Product because this product will not fulfil your expectations. I have already tried this product for 1 year and I am completely disappointed by this product. Only one thing is good about this product is Taste, thanks to the Chairman of this company for that one good thing. But customers are not fool to buy this product for taste, they have better options like Keventers shakes etc. So guys if you are really serious about building your muscles, then DONT GO FOR THIS PRODUCT.
