Doctor has suggested daily take protien powder with milk, it is necessary for good health. Then onwards I am using protinex powder and there is nothing use with this product. I am using daily two times but I am geeting nothing with this. This is not a best product to give protien supplements to our body. I am personally unsatisfied with this product. Actually nowadays it is must and should to take some protien supplement to our body daily, so that we have to choose best protien powder, in my view this is not a best one.
