I have noticed a gift offer from the Provogue (India) Ltd.immediately on completion of bill payment through the HDFC Bank net banking The essence of the offer is that a duffle bag costs about.1999/- for free and asked to credit Rs. 299/- as shipping and handling charges. I have credited Rs. 299/- Due to misfortune and the Provogue company allotted an order number of 392015671 I have received a bag said to be the polyester duffle bag with Invoice number 6C100001149624 dated: 24-08-2016 with SKU code No. 104341-EA-372-F. On casual verification of web site I have noticed the cost of Duffle bag with code number 103918-BL-234-F from the Rediff Shop & gifts with MRP of Rs. 1999/- with concessional cost of 399/- + Rs. 49/- as shipping charges. in the same website a combo of Rebok&Provogue duffle bags offered for Rs. 449/- + Shipping charge of Rs. 49/- . Due to which I could understand that the shipping charges for the bags is Rs. 49/- only. In my Invoice it is informed that the cost of shipping and handling charges Rs. 299/- This means they have collected Rs. 250/- as the cost of the bag. When I have purchased both the Rebok and Provogue bags combination I might have get them each for Rs. 225/-. In the mosque of HDFC offer, I have cheated by the company for Rs. 250/-. To sell their goods false offers are being created. I couldn’t understood how the HDFC bank is allowing this type of cheating. I request the HDFC customers to be very careful against this type of cheating..
