Hi Friends, Today I am going to share my personal experience on the’Provogue’ shoes. I purchased this shoes, two years before, from the footwear showroom in Mumbai for Rs 1800. And the seller gave me the 6 months guarantee on this product, but after three months only shoes was useless for me. The upper crest of the shoes is cracking and its sole was came out and all the stitches were also came out.
When I ask seller about this issue, simply they told me to go and check with customer service center. When I went to customer service center they told me, this will not cove with the warranty and refuse to give me any help on that. From the day, I was not using this shoes any more. I have wasted my money on this very pathetic product.
For starting period it was very good in use, awesome comfort and size and you will feel comfortable while walking with this shoes on road. Style and design is more than average and lots of shoes varieties available in the market. But it is not a long term used product and how any condition you will not get refund or replace. Durability is very week and also a bad in performance and it is light-weighted shoes.
But my suggestion on this is, please don’t use this product as its having lots of issues. I hope my review will help you to take right decision.
