Have given it 1 star as its mandatory for posting my review, Else could have given it negative rating.
I had purchased a watch from Provogue official site in an offer clubbed with ICICI bank worth Rs. 499/- a few days ago.
To my surprise, I received a dead watch. I tried calling their support many times but its of no use. Evern I mailed my concern to their official email address keeping ICICI in cc but still no response from their side. I also had tweeted this fraud to Tweeter where I got replied by both [Provogue & ICICI] just once & after that no follow up.
Still waiting for my concern to be resolved. Really pathetic service from Provogue as they do not care for their customers at all.
Please don’t ever buy anything from Provogue through ICICI bank offers, there are not actually any deal, instead they are looting innocent people like us. Will never ever recommend it to anyone else.
