The most horrible experience. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Ordered food at around 8:30pm and when I didnt receive the order by 10, I called the concerned person.
He told a blatant lie that he tried calling my phone to reconfirm the order placed through an app and my phone was unreachable. This is totally false because my phone was right next to me and had full signal. Moreover I get sms alerts for calls that I receive while my phone is not reachable or switched off.
What had actually happened was that on a busy sunday night they conveniently chose to ignore this order or simply forgot about it. They did not have the courtesy to call me and cancel the order and kept my family starving till 10 pm. They dis not even have the guts to speak the truth and accept their mistake.
This was totally insensitive behaviour. I hope they learn to be be more humane.
