One of the most Worst service their product even last more than 6 months I have bought many neckband sets for my family and for myself all are broken within the warranty
They say even physical damage will be replaced to it hide the inefficiency of the manufacturing of neck bands. What is the assurance the replaced product will work at last for a year.
In Croma people refuse that physical damage wont cover Same case in Amazon too
Irrespective of all these Criticism ptron worked for 7 months from the date of purchase even Warranty so i beleive ptron made in India not from China as not crossed but here in Croma it didn’t even crossed a month which is Awful.
Therefore all these neckband manufacturers should concentrate on Quality thanking them
