Here I am going to talking about kharagpur, puja mall or Big Bazar. This is a only a mall or big bazar at kharagpur. I had visited in this mall many times but not satisfied with the customer service. Thay don’t maintain the mall. Parking lot not big. Out dated goods service. Limited dishes are available at this mall. Employees behavior average type.My uncle bought a personal computer from puja mall.They promised to deliver it very soon. But thay delivered it 4 days later in bad condition. CPU got damaged from one side as my uncle returned it. But later they delivered new CPU.so guys I hope this review will help you to deal with this mall.Thank you.
