I have bought puma Ferrari edition wallet of 3500/- from the puma store for my husband. The skin of the wallet started peeling off in a span of 3 months of use. I bought puma Ferrari edition handbag and used very rarely as it is white color. The same thing happend with bag as well.
Puma is trusted and globally known brand and every one are well aware of the branded products. It was not even 3 months of usage and skin started peeling off for both wallet and bag.
Both had warranty for 1 year. When went back and asked in the puma store where the products were purchased, the staff told us that they are not responsible for the skin peeling.It is mentioned in the warranty card that the product will be replaced on physical damage.
But none of the staffs responded upon asking the same.
