I purchase our PUMA shoe from Chennai, EA mall on 13/04/2012, I liked your product and it was very good and comfortable. I have wore it twice till 04/05/2012. On 04/05/2012, I was shocked to find out that there was an hole on top of my shoe. I noticed this when I saw a small piece of black leather was covered on top of the black hole. When I purchased your product, I failed to detect the same as it was in black in color. As soon as I noticed I contacted the showroom and informed them the issue. They requested me to bring the piece. Today 05/05/2012 I went to your showroom and they said their manager is on leave and will be back on 23/05/2012. They said cant help much in this and they started blaming me for the same. They said a nail might have made a hole, but how can a nail hit on top of my shoe without my notice. Please note : Near the hole there is glue seen in the same place and they want me to wait till 23/05/2012. Please look into this matter or else I will be forced in go legal. Kindly resolve the issue.
