I purchased a pair of PUMA walking shoes from SNAPDEAL. They delivered a FAKE PUMA and I requested them to exhange with a genuine model. In the meanwhile my servant maid had thrown the packages by mistake. SNAPDEAL had told me that the fake shoe cannot be taken back without the packaging.
I requested them to escalate to a higher lvel officer who can give me a waiver. The custome officer was so uncooperative and cold and said nothing can be done.
I requested him to give me the CEOs e mail id and he refused me point blank. I have the e mail id of CEO Amazon and CEO UBER and the problems get fixed when I write them. here we have an Indian CEO hiding behind his desk in his office and refusing to face his irate customers. I am a senior citizen of 66 years old and I have no choice but to write off the investment. I request other customers not to purchase any item from SNAPDEAL who supply only fake products and also support the vendors who supply fake products. Incidentally, I showed the shoes to the local PUMA shop and he has confirmed that ir t is a fake piece as they stopped manufacturing them. Thanks and reg
