To all my soccer family and friends DO Not buy puma cleats! I have had issues with Nike Or Adidas products in the past and they have always replaced them, but not puma. Brandon is the age where he is buying more expensive cleats ( $200-$300) last high school season he choose a pair of puma cleats which on sale where about $130( not cheap, but than usual) he bought them on 30/7/17 , but after a couple of months they started to come apart at the seam ( where the sole meet the shoe-see pics) he taped, them and used them for the season, but after the season on 21/11/17 I submitted a claim to https://m.mouthshut.com/puma rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >@puma . Four months later, ( after I sent several follow up emails) I finally heard back and this was the answer I got :
Dear Vicki,
Thank you for contacting puma. We are sorry to hear youre unhappy with the quality of the EVOPOWER 1.3 Tricks FG. We know how busy you are and we appreciate you taking the time to provide us picture of the item, as well as your proof of purchase, . After reviewing the EVOPOWER 1.3 Trick FG our quality team has determined there is no defect with this specific product. There are a lot of variables to take into consideration : How often the EVOPOWER 1.3 tricks TG is worn, how much pressure is applied to the front, side and or heel of the cleat, as well as enviTestingronyent issues. This issue .this issue was most likely caused by wear and tear that naturally and inevitably occurred as a result of normal product use over time. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot fulfill your claim. If you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to call customer service at 1-888-565-puma.
