I ordered a product almost one and a half months back. They cancelled the order 10 days after the order date because the product was not available. Since then I am waiting from more than one month for the refund and there is no one in the company who listen and give resolution. They neither reply to the email nor to the facebook message. Whenever I call the customer care, their executives extend the refund date by 8 working days. I never faced any problem of refund with any website. There were instances of delayed refund but in case of puma, they crossed all limits. I am sure they are not going to refund my money. It was not expected from a brand like puma. Please don’t shop on this website. Shop for their products from Myntra, Jabong, Flipkart or Amazon. You will not face any problem of refund on these websites because the refund will be controlled by these websites not puma.
