I want to share my experience of puma shoes. I bought a pair of shoes from a puma store in jammu costing about rs. 7000. There was a warranty for shoes of 1 year but the shoes just got damaged and were torn out in just 6 months. I complained the store and they gave me another pair of shoes that were of the same cost. These shoes also lasted for just 8 months and I again made them changed but these new shoes lasted for around 18 months. The staff was really very very nice and courteous but the quality was really very poor.
