Placed an order on Puma, money was debited but the order failed. Called Puma Customer Care who confirmed that they have received the amount and that they will full-fill the order within 2 days. Nothing happened. Followed up with countless emails and calls, still waiting for a refund. Every time I call them, they extend the deadline by 15 days based on their internal escalation. By their estimation I should receive the refund after almost a 3 weeks.
