I have recently ordered a new pump from pumpkart.com and got it delivered in 4-5 days, the product is genuine, but due to bad packaging my pump cover got broken. Immediately i have sent them an email with photos, and didn’t got any response from them,
I have been calling them whole day but nobody is there to pick my call. So it very disappointing to get a damaged product, and even worst to find out there are no one out there to help you.
I suggest not to buy anything from pumpkart, as you may get the genuine product, but in case anything goes wrong there are no one to help you out there.
