I had to travel from hyderabad to Pune and booked tickets with redbus for PUN travels.
Though I haven’t heard much of them since other tickets were not suitable I took tickts with PUN.
Pick point was KPHB @ hydrerabad and the bus arrived 30 mins late. Me along with my wife had to run to catch the bus as it never stopped at the particular point. Now that I got into the bus the helper said that keep luggages with you and I will place that later.
Once the journey started the Driver as turning on and off the A/C through out the night.It was so suffocating that hardly I was able to breath properly.no body else was complaining so I said the driver not to do that, in reply he said it will be like that only if u want to reach pune.
It was a very horrible experince to travel with them.i even wrote a complaint to redbus but what came in reply was a empathizing mail.
DON’t travel with them.
