Pathetic experience with Customer Service Desk after the fabric of a pair of Cargos from the brand RIG tore, at the stiched points! After paying 1799 for that product, I didn’t expect it to happen! Even though it did, I didn’t expect the executive at the desk to give illogical rebuttals like it must not be used for riding bikes and that bike riding is more rigourous than camping and that the tearing has happened due to sweating!
Absolutely unacceptable experience!
