I bought a pair of NIKE shoes on 21st Feb, 16 which was under sale from Pune Central, Pimpri. Within 3 days of wearing I got to know that color of right side shoe is fading from the corner side. I took the shoes back to central pune, pimpri and their customer representative outrightly denied to take back the product or even not ready to exchange it. He said since you bought the shoes under sale so we will not exchange it. I said you also do not have any right to sell faulty product under the disguise of sale.
That guy was so adamant and when I asked him that give me in writing whatever you said then he said he will talk with NIKE and send my shoes to them and will update me. After 2 days he called me back and said they will not exchange it and he will not give me anything in writing as it is against company policy. BUNCH OF LOOTERS
It would had been better if I had bought those shoes from any ecommerce website. They don’t even ask any question if any such case arises.
I will never visit this mall and will also recommend this to others.
