The airport of pune is situated in viman nagar near symbiosis institute of technology in the nott east part of pune .I have flawn to chennai from here last year .This is the small airport which comes under indian airforce station .The flight some time get delayed because of the practise of the indian airforce station .There is only two floor in this airport, 1st floor used for the departure and the f
Ground floor for the arrival .Only jet airways, indian airlines are in service .you can take taxi and auto yo the airport as bus donot go all the places . In the airport campus there is also a pre paid taxi stand .
Cons
When the flight delays there is nothing as such for the time pass, only some small restaurent, and mainly some shope selling tea coffee patties and sandwhich .
They have only one intrance which is also very painful, being the airforce area you ateceven allowed to take in photo .
Over all this is the good airport.
