I am using PNB services from 4 years,
recently I give a request to branch, to genrate otp for my 3d secure , but I not get otp , I visit branch , they said you have to change your registerd mobile no. , I fill a form, and bank manger told me it will take 2-3 days to get changed, but now 3 weaks passed but it not changed , never expected this from pnb,
