I unfortunately have an account with the Manicktala Branch, Kolkata. I had applied in writing using the cheque-book page given for the same to request for a new cheque book. The branch assured my attested intermediary that I will get the same post haste through courier. This was long ago. Then two days back I wrote to the GM’s office gmcustomtakeoutercare@pnb.co.in & complaint@pnb.co.in to help me out. They promptly assured me that they will revert back to me.
I am still waiting for the same. I need the cheque book very urgently.
