Punjab National Bank is known for it’s service.Phone bank is quite good but sometimes it causes problem. But my overall experience with mobile banking is good. We can also know our account balance by giving missed call at 18001802222/18001032222
Punjab National Bank give Rupay cards to their customers but these cards are not accepted by many online portals.ATM service is overall good but sometimes I found these ATM’s out of service.
Internet Banking is really effective as it gives lot of services like money transfer like NEFT, IMPS, RTGS etc.
Customer service is quite good and their customer care is active 24X7.
