I feel pain whenever I think that I have an account with PNB Bank. Event closing the account is painful as you fee uncomfortable as you think of even going to that bank. Don’t want to write more on that.
If you forget the Internet password of their internet banking you may never get one back as these guys will never going to give you new password. I myself applied for new password three times by going to this worst bank branch in Koramangala, Bangalore and there is a lady who don’t know how to talk and she behaves on every request as if somebody is asking for her life time money.
So, even when I had not got the internet banking password after applying for three times I decided to stop banking with this worst bank I have ever seen. Only bank with this bank if you don’t have any other bank in your area. or you want to face these humiliating behavior of these bank employees.
