For above a period of one year I am a customer of PNB, but I feel the services are not up to mark as of a nationalised bank. Any bank should have equality towards their customers whether they are from urban or from rural areas. The key difference I feel that in the rural areas they dont have a professional approach as the staff behaves like they are automatically frustrated in entertaining queries of rural people. They think that they are the only one who are educated ones, other all are illiterate. Illogical reasons they often make behind their services knowing that rurals cant think as much as they can. this is a threat to their own reputation they made before. They should consider the thoughts made by Mahatama Gandhi that customers are the highest valuable assats of any organisation. Well resolution is considered in the thinking of their ground staff.
