I have a savings account in this bank from last one year. It is a new branch in my area and I must say not to use this bank because of their charges. If you will do an internet banking transaction they will add their own charges also of Rs. 6/- per transaction. If you to a transfer from your branch they will charge Rs. 2/- per transfer. Their ATM services are not available everywhere. ATM charges are also very high Rs. 175/- per month. User interface of internet banking is very poor. I have seen lack of knowledge in their staff members even they are not able to pronounce English easily. They work to earn not to serve their customers. I haven’t experienced their customer care services but I don’t think so it will be good. Not a suggested place to keep your hard earn money.
