I have opened an account with pnb about 6 months ago and now I really regret my decision.I had made some online transactions and I am waiting for the refund of some of my cancelled transactions.First of all its already one month I havent got back my refund and secondly the worst thing is that when I gave a call to the customer service representatives a lady answered my call and she was so rude.
She talked so rudely. Is this the way these banks behave with us when we are in any problem? There are hundreds of banks in India. Do they think they are the only one?
I think pnb must open up a customer feedback after their representatives talk with us.i am going to close my account with this bank very soon.
