PNB is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. The staff are highly impatient, all of them should have been retired by now. I applied for net banking password, they said it will take only 3 days, but it has been 2 months that still I haven’t received my password. I was constantly going everyday for 25 days to bank for asking about password.
Don’t go by the so called brand of NATIONALIZED BANK , other pvt/ MNC banks are much better , faster, easier and the staff are helpful and welcoming.There system is so slow, like a Pentium one computer infected by thousands of deadly viruses, which opens 1 window in 15 minutes.
