Actually, I am talking about Punjab National Bank’s branch of CIVIL LINES, FAIZABAAD. Actually I visited the bank with my father for the first time. There was an issue of card that my father requested in September 2016 and he didn’t received the card even in December 2016.
The bank staff and employees are not very friendly and they are talking rudely . I don’t liked this behaviour of the bank employees to its customer. They should treat customer in a good manner.
Later they issued an add on card on my name instead of the original card and they said to block the original card through talking to the related authority.
The employees of the bank seems to be lazy and they don’t even want to work. So we came back with a horrible bank experience.
