I would like to draw your kind attention about the higher cost of services and facilities of Punjab national bank. I have taken education loan from Punjab national bank of rupees 4 lakh. Firstly I told you work process of these banks are very slow. I remember that time, after 1 month of applying date my loan had passed and after 15 days I got demand draft of first installment. Now when I go this year to take the last installment. They told me come again with proper document and income certificate of student family . Again after gathering of all documents I reached bank again. They checked all documents and told me there is a mistake, you should make income certificate of your father not your’s. Then I told him sir but before some day when I came here you told me income certificate of student. And they told me I think you listened wrong that time. I am very disappointed. again after some time I generated another income certificate of my father. It took also a long time due to again slow process of Block development office of my district. Again I came to bank and show the document to the manager of bank. He told me very politely "The person who generates demand draft has not today, so will you come tomorrow? Next day again I reached, then one of the staff of the bank told me manager sir has not come today and the same same thing he also repeat will you come tomorrow? I can not told you the situation I faced and completely frustrated from all these. But I was completely helpless that time. Again I went to bank next day and manager handed me demand draft of which is 6000 less then total amount of loan passed. I ask from him where is my rest money. he told these are the service cost and insurance cost deducted from your amount. I told him very good and came to home with that demand draft.
