In 2015 where every bank is trying to become internet friendly this bank happens to have worst customer service reps when you call them. Everytime Ive called them for an issue they ask me to visit the branch. You try to sign up for mobile service you have to visit the branch. You forget your user id for net banking you have to visit the branch.
I have no clue whats the purpose of their cellphone line if you they cant do anything besides asking you to visit the branch. Theyre getting paid for sitting on their butt.
How worst can you get? This is 2015 not 1980. I have to pay for petrol everytime I visit branch for my smallest need. I might as well keep all the fund in my house instead of dealing with this bank.
Thank god to the guy who decided to install cash and check deposit kiosk. Those are the only two things that works fine(when they work) but people who work at ATM and those who repair those machines are plain LAZY. They never fix anything and you have to wait for months before they get fixed.
