As we know that Punjab national bank is one of the top government bank and they provides us several services and offers for the benfits of the customer.
Services which utmost free of cost like phone banking , net banking , etc.
I liked these two services of punjab national bank because it help us to keep update the card holder with the transaction which would credited or debited .
Frankly speaking its staff zone services are ridiculous because senior staff like who checks and verify the account opening documents. They don’ t guide and attend their customers .they only keep on doing gossips along with their work.
This is not the right way of doing their job as I mentioned the problem above.
Only I faced this problem only .
Rest of the services are I liked the most.
