Customer service is not satisfactory I issued my new debit card but cant start its online payment so called customer care number but they doesnt even listened to my problem just take the account information and declined the call. Number updation took 1 week. Also the transaction take longer time than other banks. PNB ONE is a good app of this bank where I can mange my card like its ecom service, cange mpin etc. If you want to open new account then try the other banks this may not be satisfactory
