I got the home loan with the Punjab National Loan.The rate of interest was 10.15% on that time and recently RBI released the REPO rate to reduce the interest rate, but they failed to follow that
Now I am thinking that why I just took the loan with them.Most of the nationalised bank provides low rate of interest.
They are not professional and problem with the online ECS checking.I will strongly not to recommend anybody to go ahead with them.and also punjab national bank are highly unprofessional in their customer care. They significantly delayed the release of the next instalment and did not communicate the issues concerned timely, inspite of giving them demand letter timely. No response given to any email sent to them.
