Hello, I review my experience of this bank.customer service of pnb is worst as its servers are very slow. Internet banking they have to wait for a longer time and after that its show you page doesn’t gets open. Functionality provided by bank was not good the interest rate on the saving account is 4% and another banks was giving more interest that was efficient and reliable. Another thing irritating me regarding this bank was their employees. I this bank employees are behave rudely. I tried to call customer service it is always busy with some other line so I’m upset with customer service also. So, dn’t choose this bank.
