I’m trying to get the housing loan from PNB HFL (from last 3 months) for my property.
I suppose it is one of WORST experiences one could go through in getting a housing Loan from PNB. The Loan agent (Anil Mohanty) consistently gave wrong commitments, never reverted on time, hard to track & delayed the overall process. And when we tried (My wife & I) tried reaching to other officials, they showed ZERO accountability & responsibility.

Anil Mohanty gave the wrong picture of Loan disbursement structure, because of which we chose to take the loan from PNB-HFL and not from HDFC Bank. And now, Anil is giving the same Loan disbursement structure, which we got from HDFC. Also, he committed a quick turnaround, which is absolutely missing. It’s been 3 months now since we submitted our papers for Laon approval and I’m not left with any other choice than bring this whole issue in light to the concern authorities.
I will never, ever, RECOMMEND anyone to go for PNB Housing Finance.
