Management is poor

My father has been using the Punjab national banks from many years. So I have experienced there service couple of times and what I see overcrowded people in the bank every time it is nothing to do with days whether it is weekdays or Saturdays you know every time I go this bank it always over crowded. You have to stand in a line for at least half an hour for just entering the statement on the passbook. I have suggested many times to branch manager you should increase your office size and counter number so that you can finish your work quickly and believe me, guys I am talking about the before demonetization, think about what did happen after demonisation yes! it became fish market it was so difficult to get anything done. people use to come 6 am in the morning.


Talking about the atm machines first of the atm we have near our locality it rarely has cash in the atm and after demonetization, they actually shut down the atm yes for a month almost. Also, the customer care, most of the time you have to wait almost 10-15 minutes to become a next caller and wait it’s not done yet there is 50% chance the moment it’s your turn the communication disconnect automatically most of the times happen.


Well due to this reasons I have never open an account in the Punjab national bank.
