Punjab bank is one of the portable bank in number of banks. But working employees was not good in this bank.
I hat visited the bank before one week.
My dad was the customer of Punjab national bank in past five years.
My mom old ATM card was not working in proper condition.and some cracks and bending ness of my card. So only I am going to applying a new ATm card with my mom self.
I want urgent money in that account so I am going to spend my time in que and for all the works are not responsible and satusfyable to Me
I am going to bank for 10 am and I will get response only 12 pm.no one hear my voice and no one can interest to my work with them. But finally I reached bank manager some lady was sitting there and she talks with personal on phone and other staffs. But she will not help. I am shouting I. Bank and pressure with me afterwards only she tells to submit kYc documents before 2 o’clock but they are going to 2 to 3 on lunch break. I did not time to wait for Money.I Am going to my account and used my card withdrawn my money. So please do not waste your time energy and money by using Punjab national bank with respectable guys.
