I am an account holder in PNB having A/C No 317900 1300001638. On 19-08-09 I have done two consecutive transactions in PNB ATM of Rs 15000 & 10000 . Transaction was declined & I didn’t got any Money from the ATM but Rs 25000/- was withdrawn from my account. The ATM is located at Manav Rachna International University, Suraj Kund Badkal Road, Sec-43 Faridabad
I Register the complaint in customer care on 1 Oct -2009 & the complaint no is 20341788. I called again in the customer care on 21-Oct-2009 & talked with the customer care representative But he denied that we have not received any feedback from the ATM Cell.
After few days I got the feedback that in our records your transaction is successful. How it is possible to have a successful transaction from an ATM machine without having sufficient cash in it? A lot many people have faced the similar problems with PNB ATMs.Beware of using PNB ATM.... its a huge risk of your money...
