My dad is retired person & is having his bank account with this bank. On 31st of march he went to withdraw 7000₹ from the bank atm in hanuman nagar patna.
ATM machine shown a message in on the screen & slip that unable to dispense money & transactioned failed while on registered mobile no he get the message as 7000 withdrawl from your account.
so he contacted the ATM guard that why I am getting this message then he gave him a toll free no where he calleed & after 15 rings they finally answered & there they said your bank account is showing money & you will be able to withdarw after 24 hours.
Still he didn’t find that amount in bank. waiting for bank to get open after ling weekend.
Dont have account in such a useless Bank
