I have filled internet banking form twice and I have applied for the same online once.
Although I can avail Internet banking with view-only feature just through online registration. I needed transaction facility as I have faced frequent balance transfer situations.
Alas, I had no idea that such "not-so-complex" process could be made so complex and useless. Twice have I filled the form, with Transaction facility "clearly" marked on it.
Both of the time, I have received a single password which was already available to me through online registrations.
I have contacted PNB support, Complain bench, and Internet banking division for availing transaction feature. None have responded with any positive update even after weeks.
My last action would just be freezing my account. I cant keep my money where the keepers dont value it at all.
