My father have there saving account in this bank, sinec a long years And I have visited with my father many time in this bank & We have noticed that all staff here looking very frustrated & showing that they have heavy work load
The system is not developed yet & Still they are working in old version, Many staff not having knowledge of Computer also and they are not aware about complete process of banking & policies they are depended on each others
The service & Process are very slow & every time there server found not working, The same thing found at there ATM System also
The staff found very aged or lasy type or not good in behavior and there is nothing like discipline, Only for passbook updating they need 2 or 3 days, Once my father ATM card was not working So we have given a written application in bank for the same & we have applied for a new card but after a long follow up till six months still the card not received
All banks are updated as per today time requirement and every thing we can do on our mobile with bank app but there is nothing in PNB Bank like this
The PNB launched many schemes but these are not developed or not implicated due to staff awareness
The Phone banking services is only for a service in features only Its never worked
