Punjab National bank is one of the oldest banks of India standing with the beliefs of lakhs of people but is not suitable when it comes to online services. I’ll share by own experience on its net banking. I had to pay my college fees of amount 85, 000 but couldn’t pay it because of its poor service. I had to bank on another bank to pay the fees. I received no significant help from customer service. I was abjectly disappointed.
As far as availability of Atms is concerned they are mostly out of order even in the urban areas.The customer service is very poor, the network is always busy and they don’t reply to our emails.I would suggest not to bank upon this as far as online services are concerned.
