I had my salaried account with punjab national bank. I lost my debit card so I applied for the new one. After charging Rs.200 they issued new card and said that your new pin will be sent to you by courier within a week time. But more than a month will be passed out, they didn’t sent me the new pin number.
I visited there 3-4 time during this period. After two months I again visited to the PNB and then I shouted on the branch manager after that he apologise for their mistake and he promised me to send my new pin within two days. And then finally I got my new pin after 2months. PNB provides worst service as conpare to the other private banks.
