The sector 19 branch in Chandigarh has certain staff which is really not helpful. I went for ATM Card and this guy was not willing to attend me. He kept passing the buck saying that "The guy who handles this has not come", whereas all this time he was having the ATM Cards and Passwords in his possession. He himself gave it to one of his acquaintance in front of me, when I asked him about that, he said he is from the bank staff. Does it mean that Bank Employees come before Bank Clients?
It was only after Half an hour later that he gave me the ATM Card. Another incident is the Online Banking, I happened to punch the wrong password, I ended up with my Net banking ID disabled. When I called up the Customer Support - the guy was rude. I helped myself and read about their policy of 7 days password recovery and that also by going to the bank, that also twice - First to Inform and then to Retrieve the password. If its is going to take that much of time what is the use of net banking, other banks have a simple and quicker procedure which requires your Email ID and Registered Mobile number.
Why offer the net option in the first place itself? You can make out what this bank is?
I am really disappointed and frustrated. Why would i otherwise bother to write and condemn?
