I want to shear my Experience.About Pnb Bank coustmer service, Bank staff Behaviour.I have a Account in this Bank.In Rajpura city in punjab.I have a personely experience.in this bank staff.And I am very sad this bank staff.service.first time when I was to going in there for open a saving account.There no any Helping Counter.For fillup the foarm.I saw there is a Pass book Entry machine.But Printing machine is off.And a Print paper is past on there.And out of service is print on there.Security gurd is enjoing Her tea.
Now lets come to the main point.After 4 Days my Saving Account is Finelly open.Now the time is collect my pass book.Account opening time there is No passbook stock.And also After lunch All cash collect clerk.are going to a wake.After some Year ago.I was close my account. Thanks
